Big Brother Spoilers: Keanu’s Nominations Shake House – Rachel’s Totally Safe

Big Brother sees Keanu Soto is the week 8 Head of Household after what looks like a true-false competition, and he’s about to flip the house upside down! Rachel Reilly is safe, her top allies are protected, and another showmance just got targeted. Let’s break down all the drama that went down before Friday’s nomination ceremony.

Big Brother 27: Everything Changes Overnight

Last night when the feeds came back up, Keanu’s targets were Mickey Lee, Morgan Pope, and Ashley Hollis. But overnight, everything shifted dramatically. Keanu and Rachel entered their frenemies phase and became rock solid again, while Vince Panaro‘s whole world fell apart.

Vince and Morgan have been cuddling in the HOH room for a week, basically creating a perceived showmance that’s put massive targets on their backs. Sure, Vince was considering renominating Rachel and Morgan was doing damage control work, but then it lingered way too long.

Keanu, Ashley, and Kelley Jorgensen all clocked a super long Vince-Morgan hug and gave it major side eye. Later, Ashley, Rachel, Ava Pearl, and Cliffton “Will” Williams discussed Vince and Morgan’s flirtmance and their obvious attention to each other.

Rachel’s Mist Takes Hold on BB27

Ashley and Morgan thought Kelley, Vince, and Lauren Domingue were safe since Keanu had been talking to them. But Rachel’s influence proved too strong. She had iced out Keanu, and between that cold treatment and a letter from his mom, he completely flipped his strategy.

We’ve got a brand new Keanu Soto in the Big Brother house, and he might just be the one to watch. Or at least part of a final two if he and Rachel play this right. Keanu talked about not playing in the veto competition and letting his nominations stay the same.

He let several people know they’re safe, including Ashley, Lauren, and Kelley. Then Keanu went to Rachel after getting his HOH key and told her he doesn’t like the way he treated her. He’s doing a whole “I want to be better and do better by you” routine.

The dynamic between these two reads like mother and son or age-gapped siblings, where Rachel’s the older sister who gets tired of little brother Keanu leaving dirty clothes on the floor and the toilet seat up.

Big Brother: Vince’s Meltdown Begins

Late last night, Vince and Keanu had a crucial conversation where Vince started throwing Rachel under the bus hard, trying to get Keanu to nominate her. But even before he and Rachel made up, Keanu had already decided he wouldn’t nominate her.

When Keanu told Vince that he and Rachel were good, Vince panicked and asked if he was going up on the block. Keanu let him sit in terrified silence before revealing that Morgan was his target for the week, but Vince had to go up too because of the veto risk.

Cue the usual Vinny the Lip begging – promises not to use the veto, tears, pleading, the works. But Keanu said he knows Vince is loyal to Morgan, not him. That insight came straight from Rachel’s playbook.

Keanu told Vince he’s burned him three times, so there’s no trust when it comes to not using the veto on Morgan. Then Vince tried claiming that Rachel was planning to nominate Keanu if she had won HOH, saying she had prepared a whole speech about it.

The Beanie Full of Tears on Big Brother 27

Vince’s desperation reached peak pathetic levels. He begged Keanu not to nominate him because he needs to make jury. At one point, Vince broke down in tears, called himself an “f-ing little bitch,” and then pulled off that raggedy beanie to cry into it right in front of Keanu. A beanie full of tears – you can’t make this stuff up!

After his breakdown, Vince warned Morgan that things looked bleak. Meanwhile, Keanu asked Rachel if it was true that she planned to nominate him. She owned it because Keanu was targeting her and told him to go ahead and nominate her if he wanted.

Big Brother: The Keachel Alliance Restored

Keanu doesn’t want that drama – he wants their final two deal back. In the early morning hours after his HOH win, Rachel and Keanu cleared the air. He asked if they were back on track, and Rachel said if that’s what he wanted. Keanu confirmed it was, and Rachel even apologized.

Keanu told her she had nothing to be sorry about and admitted his perception and reads were off. Rachel said to just come to her if there’s a problem so they can communicate like adults. Keanu added “with emotional intelligence,” and they both laughed.

Rachel told him that since he’s not nominating her and cleaned the shower, she’s good with Keanu. Today, Rachel helped him in the HOH room and asked what he’d do without her. Keanu replied, “I don’t plan on finding out.” With her game savvy and his competition strength, they could actually pull off a final two.

The BB27 Nominations Revealed

Lauren Domingue, Vince, and Ava are the have-nots for the week, so Vince is about to have the worst post-HOH week ever. Morgan’s trying to throw Mickey’s name out to Keanu, which is funny since Mickey was already on his target list.

Keanu’s determined to break up another couple this week – Vince and Morgan. His three nominations are Vince, Morgan, and Mickey.

Vince and Morgan knew they were hitting the block. Mickey’s rocking new hair and will look amazing while sitting on the block as what’s likely a pawn, so she might stick around unless Vince or Morgan win veto and the other wins the Blockbuster competition.

Big Brother: Katherine’s Problematic Exit Interviews

Katherine Woodman is doing her exit interviews, and the Stockholm syndrome seems to be sticking around. The self-proclaimed feminist defended how Rylie Jeffries talked to her, saying she can get emotional and spiral and that he was a calming influence.

But that’s not all. When asked about mocking Rachel’s age, trash-talking her husband and kids, and vowing to make hate pages about Rachel after Big Brother, Katherine doubled down. She said being a villain is the most important thing in Rachel’s life.

Katherine felt justified in her attacks because Rachel “broke up” her and Rylie when she was grieving her mother’s death. Her mom passed away a year ago, and while that’s tragic, she made the choice to enter a pressure cooker game.

Rachel never said anything about Katherine’s mother. Targeting showmances is standard Big Brother practice, and Rylie threatened to blow up the house if either of them ever got nominated. It’s not like Rachel showed up at her house and destroyed her marriage, but that’s the vibe Katherine’s giving off.

Hopefully she goes home, talks to her family, and gains some perspective on what actually happened versus what she’s constructed in her mind.
